District Municipality of Morales

The objective of the research was to establish an organizational development proposal to improve the management of the District Municipality of Morales - 2022. The research was applied, with a non-experimental descriptive and propositional design. The population and sample consisted of 20 collaborators of the local government of Morales. The technique was the survey and the instruments were 2 questionnaires. The results were, the proposal was based on change management, where the problems or gaps found can follow the process of change to obtain positive results in municipal management that will contribute to the quality of public service in the District Municipality of Morales. The organizational development proposal to improve municipal management is valid, according to the opinion of the experts with 77.6 points. In conclusion, the organizational development proposal improves municipal management in the district of Morales, according to the experts' evaluation, it can be implemented.
