Distribution of teaching load in the department

One of the tasks faced by heads of departments of higher education institutions is the calculation of teaching load, on the basis of which teaching assignments are formed, the schedule of classes is compiled, the staff of the department and the university as a whole is determined, the salary of teachers is distributed. At the same time, with traditional methods of calculation (manually, using Microsoft Excel application software) this process, due to its labor intensity, can not be repeated many times during the academic year, and therefore the calculated data after some time does not correspond to the real teaching load. Today, universities need to be able to keep load calculation data up to date. The book considers existing options for solving this problem and proposed his own version on the basis of a particular university, taking into account all the features of the institution. In the course of the work existing technologies for analyzing processes, making diagrams and implementing ready-made information products were studied.
