Disaster Management - Fire Accidents in Virudhunagar District

Fire is a very good servant, but, a very bad master. Every year lot of Human loss and Property loss are occurs as a result of fire accidents all over the world. Fire accidents are common for fireworks, match, printing and for other industries like paper, oil, polythene, cottage, plastic and the like.This book covers the Management aspect of the Fire Accidents with Reference to Awareness and Participation level of the employees of the Fire works, Match industries, Printing industries and Chemical based manufacturing industries functioning in Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu - India. This research work is made to identify the awareness level of the employees about the Fire Accidents occurred in these industries and educate them to reduce the Human loss as well as Property loss.This work is done with the Financial assistance of University Grants Commission, New Delhi, India.
