The situation of persons with disabilities in the municipality of Soledad (Atlántico) is analyzed under the rights approach, for which tertiary sources are used in national and international authors who have addressed the issue of disability, as well as statistical data from the Dane, OMD, in which the affectations of persons with disabilities are evidenced. It is determined that people with disabilities in the municipality of Soledad (Atlantico) have shortcomings in socioeconomic conditions, health, education, employability that prevent the effective enjoyment of their rights.
