Dilemmas of human resources management in organizations

The presented study is a collection of articles that were previously published in Polish magazines, both in Polish and English. They constitute scientific achievements in the field of humanistic approach to management, especially human resources management. In the presented articles, there are different reference points for personnel management that enable the extension and modernization of activities in this field. While recognizing that human resource management is a process of thoroughly solving general assumptions, formulated in the context of personnel policy, such analyzes may support the actions of personnel managers. Personnel policy is one of the most important elements of the strategy set by the company. It should ensure that the needs, ambitions and professional aspirations of employees are met while at the same time meeting the objectives and tasks of the company.
