GUIDE TO NUMERICAL METHODSThis guide is intended for engineers, as well as for science students whose interest is focused on solving equations to reinforce their training in higher mathematics.The main objective of the approach followed is to present the different steps of the calculation in a simple way with a theoretical incentive at the beginning of each chapter. It is completed by programs in Basic language. All our know-how is expressed more in the mastery of the theoretical understanding, in the initiation to programming and in the progressive learning of the various techniques of calculation. For the theoretical part, we had the simplicity of the presentations and their progressive order. We also give a concrete demonstration, sufficient to concede an established principle, an abstract demonstration by reasoning on a numerical example. We will try everywhere not to go into too much detail on too abstract subjects.
