Die Alternative für Deutschland (AfD) als Thema und Akteur der politischen Bildung

Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Politik - Grundlagen und Allgemeines, Note: 1,2, Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (Institut für Politische Wissenschaft und Soziologie), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Masterarbeit behandelte das ambivalente Verhältnis zwischen der AfD und der politischen Bildungslandschaft in Deutschland. Der Fokus lag dabei zum einen auf den Positionen der Partei im Themenbereich politische Bildung und zum anderen auf den Interaktionen zwischen Bildungslandschaft und AfD. Anhand verschiedener Fallbeispiele und einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse von Dokumenten der Partei sowie einer Expertenbefragung innerhalb der Bildungslandschaft wurden Stand- und Streitpunkte beleuchtet. Hierzu galt es eine Standortbestimmung vorzunehmen und die aktuelle politische Ausrichtung der AfD sowie die historischen Entwicklungslinien der politischen Bildung in Deutschland überblicksartig nachzuvollziehen. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchung zeigten, dass zwischen AfD und politischer Bildungslandschaft erhebliche wertebezogene Differenzen bestehen, die sich bei einer zunehmenden Rechtsorientierung der Partei weiter verstärken werden. Für die Bildungslandschaft steht zudem zu befürchten, dass die Einflussnahme der AfD auf die politische Bildung aus den Parlamenten weiter zunehmen wird und sich zukünftig in der Ausgestaltung von Förderprogrammen widerspiegeln wird.

This Master`s thesis dealt with the ambivalent relationship between the German party AfD and the landscape of political education in Germany. The focus was on the positions of the party in the field of political education on the one hand and on the interactions between the landscape and AfD on the other. Using various case studies and a qualitative content analysis of documents as well as an expert survey within the landscape of political education, standpoints and points of contention were examined. To this end, it was necessary to determine the current position of the AfD and to understand the current political orientation of the AfD as well as the historical development lines of political education in Germany. The results of the study showed that there are considerable value-related differences between the AfD and the landscape of political education, which will further intensify as the party's right-wing orientation increases. For the landscape, it is also to be feared that the influence of the AfD on political education from parliaments will continue to escalate and will have an influence on the structure of funding programmes in the future.
