Can we identify the digital tools in a didactic framework facilitating the teaching-learning process of programming reusable software components in the L1 classes of the new LMD system in Congo? Are there programming environments that are adapted to this approach? We had a sample of 100 students from the city of Matadi to find out if they have knowledge about reusable computer components but our results show us that a large majority do not have this knowledge due to the lack of qualified and competent teachers in this field and lack of computer materials necessary as didactic tools to facilitate teaching to teachers and learning to learners.
