Diagnostic Testing

The testing in the field of Education is not an easy job.It is a very complex phenomenon and diagnostic testing in this regard is a very uncommon tool in the hands of the teachers to find out the specific learning difficulties of an individual.The diagnosis done through this will go a long way in nurturing the individual at various levels. Diagnostic testing will also cater to the need of typical remedial instructions and that would again help the individual in overcoming his/her difficulty in learning. In this research the author had suggested remedial instruction through a flow chart and certainly that helps any teacher to take an effective remedial instruction and also a followup to that remedy.I hope this book will create an insight into the construction of diagnostic test and remedial instruction at the elementary level.
