Devil's Claw (Proboscidea parviflora) in The Sudan

Devil's claw (Proboscidea parviflora) this plant was belong to the family Pedlliaceae but due to some variation botanist create anew family and name it as Martyniaceae. The plant was found in Darfur since 2003 and no body knows how it comes to this country, but may it come with humanitarian assistance to displaced people. Healers believed that this plant was useful to reduce relief snake bite. It was found that the plant is very good to resist and control Fusarium oxysporium and Fusarium oxysporium,and also classified as insect killer or eater. Extraced oil contain the essential fatty acids that can increase the nutritional value of the oil. The green fresh pod were consume in Central and Southern America
