DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF AN ECONOMIC GROUP ACCORDING TO BUSINESS CYCLE

Economic groups are a large-scale model of companies and enterprises operating in each country's economy. The formation and development of economic groups comes from the requirement for the survival and development of enterprises in the market economy. In the face of the impact of the business environment and the competitive pressure of competitors, economic groups must ensure they have a reasonable strategy and appropriate allocation of resources to achieve efficiency in the production and trading of the corporation. However, in fact, not all economic groups can survive and develop because they often encounter problems of development orientation. Therefore, it is a necessary task to find out the theoretical model development strategies of an economic group accoding to bussiness cycle.This document focuses on the basic concepts of economic groups, management models, development strategies planning and proposal for economic groups both in the cycle and in current trend of multidisciry business by a SADC Model (Strategy According to Development Cycle Model).
