DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SHUTTLE ON SEWING MACHIN

In the monograph, calculations were made to increase the productivity of the PM3 1022 cl sewing machine by installing an additional knife thread cutting device, developing and justifying improved design parameters of the thread filling device, and the operating mode of the device. The designs of sewing machines were thoroughly analyzed and designs of existing sewing machines were compared. The time for replacing the bobbin from the shuttle t and the graph of changes in labor productivity Q relative to the bobbin volume Vn are determined. A diagram of consumed and transmitted streams is built.Theoretical and experimental studies have shown that the efficiency of the sewing machine is improved through the use of a new shuttle device.
