Development of Public and Private Partnerships in Europe: Greece vs UK

Public and Private Partnerships (PPP¿s) are a direct alternative to concession contracts for the development of infrastructure projects. As such, PPP's have been widely used by several governments to procure public investments over the last twenty years.
