The utilization of waste plastic in concrete work is a partial solution to most environmental challenges. In this study waste plastics were used in the production of concrete pavement blocks. For as to know the suitability of these waste in pavement blocks engineering properties such as compressive strength, water absorption and effects of acid on the pavement blocks were determined.The results obtained shows that the pavement blocks have good strength, less water absorption and less effect on acid to American Standard Testing Materials values
