Development of organic farms in local area

This book focuses on how to transform local farm on one municipality area to fully 100% organic agriculture. The aim of the book is to showcase why is crucial for our future food production to focus on organic production and that organic agriculture can sustain growth of population by comparing organic to conventional production and today¿s environment. Structure of the book is split in several key sections. It starts with general policies and frameworks in European Union, switching to looking at municipality and how European citizens look at agricultural production and their health. There is one chapter focused on looking more deeply in organic production, is it real to expect change to 100% organic production in a region or a national state level. What is there to expect about organic production mean for labour force. Main chapter is on an action plan for a municipality changing to 100% organic production with an example of a farm investing in their development with EU funds for rural development.
