Development of HRM Appraisal Practice under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030

This Book undertaken with the objective to understand Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practice in domestic enterprises (DEs) and multinational enterprises (MNEs) in the country context of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) under Saudi Vision 2030 was formed in 25 April 2016 by Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman as well as he Publicized strategies to move Saudi economy through vision 2030, along the actions to be taken by national entities including the government area.
