DEVELOPMENT OF AN ONLINE APPLICATION FOR IMPROVEMENT

Innovations have been transforming the business world. In the digital era currently experienced, companies constantly use technology to manage and interconnect various sectors of their structure. This new paradigm, besides providing a competitive differential, reduces countless costs for an organization and increases customer loyalty. E-commerce has already become a reality and is one of the big bets in the current market. In this scenario, this paper presents the development of an application for online sales, in order to promote attractiveness through E-commerce of the products offered by Hillariou's Lounge Bar and Snack Bar. The developed Web panel generates daily and monthly reports of purchases, clients and best-selling products, thus allowing control over all sales performed electronically. Usability tests were conducted with customers in order to analyze the performance with the use of the application to make purchases in the enterprise. It can be concluded from the results that the customers had not only a good performance, but also a high degree of satisfaction with the usability of the application created.
