Development and research of an inovative process "Rolling-Pressing"

Theoretical research of combined process "rolling - equal channel angular pressing" to determine the energy-power and kinematic parameters and justification of technological modes of producing of long-length billets. Computer simulation of the combined process "rolling - equal channel angular pressing" in software systems Deform-3D and Simufact Forming to analyze the stress-strain state, as well as identify the characteristics of metal flow and predict the evolution of microstructure depending on geometrical and technological parameters of the process. The development of design of laboratory stand for realization of combined process "rolling - equal channel angular pressing" with strength analysis of the most critical components of stand and the study of power parameters of the process using strain gauges. Study of microstructure and mechanical properties of billets from alloys Al6063 and M1 after combined process "rolling ¿ equal channel angular pressing", and an analysis of the impact of different modes of preliminary heat treatment on the level of structure processing. The object of research is the combined process "rolling ¿ equal channel angular pressing".
