Developing A Learning Styles - Based Instructional Design

In our sincere attempt to teach our students effectively, there is no such thing as bad teaching. However, we need to balance our teaching with the needs and preferences of the students. This means introducing multiple strategies that balance the learning styles preferences and the learning competencies of the course. This book covers theories and concepts in education as well as the results of my dissertation that led to the development of an enhanced instructional design called FIER (Formulation, Implementation, Evaluation and Review/Revision) and the Five-Step Five-Cycle Teaching Model.
