This book was made in collaboration with Tunisia Telecom operator network. Thus, in a defined region, a set of KPIs was collected and analyzed from 2G/3G live networks in order to create a statistical model for prediction of users' behaviors. To accomplish this task, several methods and techniques were implemented in order to analyze KPIs. Hence, a list of five KPIs was provided by the operator: TCH success rate and TCH call drop rate for GSM, Average User Throughput, Average users HS and Average users EUL for UMTS. In line with such reasons, correlation of trafic in cellular networks is investigated for voice calls.
