Determinants and Status of Food Security at the Household Level

My focus was to showing the changes within the global food and climate system create remarkable challenge for human beings around the world. Majority of the world population, especially sub Saharan countries including Ethiopia are food uncertain. A composite set of influences cause the problem of food insecurity around the world. To solve those problems different studies were conducted by different scholars at global, national, regional and even at local level due to the multidimensional nature of these determinants in different contexts. To capture these differences analyzing food securities at household level is vital because household is the basic economic unit which determines the level of consumption. The major objectives of the book were to assess the status and sightsee determinants of household food security in Bule Hora Woreda.
