Designing for sustainable communities: Abuja, FCT of Nigeria

Clearly this work has been able to further develop the skills and technical expertise of the author underlined by a greatly enriched and crystallised academic sources as well as personal perspectives. Therefore, the author is willing and able to share and deploy these new skills and expertise, at any capacity when called upon to assist with the evaluation and implementation of the conceptual framework developed herewith, towards bringing about the creation and management of sustainable communities and indeed sustainable development. To avert all the problems and unwarranted baggages that comes with lack of sustainable approach to communities development of cities, it is thus imperative to abide by the sustainable community development concept and principles in the spirit of Agenda 21as duely analysed in this work, especially for developing world.
