Transferring automatically from one natural language to another natural language is called Machine Translation. machine translation according to source and target languages has different approaches. Rule-Based MT, which is a traditional approach deals with language grammars and structures, while statistical MT, which applied statistical models on human translations are two examples of machine translation approaches. The present study applied a hybrid approach ,i.e. RBMT and SPE approaches, to design and implement an English to Persian machine translation.
