The purpose of many Home security systems as implemented through ages has gone many a manifold changes. The early security systems were mainly used for the sole purpose of securing the home perimeter from burglars/intruders without the any scope of identification of the intruder or the offending party. Modern era has seen many technological changes with the advent of sophisticated array of sensor systems. The usage of modern day SMD technology has almost subdued the usage of discrete systems and as such created an entire new era of sophisticated, yet miniature security systems. This book revolves round the idea of creation for the sake of creation. We as a team took that very idea Knowledge Based Education influenced us to create something with the acquired knowledge. This book give the idea how to implement a highly low-cost HOME SECURITY SYSTEM solely to be implemented in real scenario. Apart from being low-cost enjoys also the added advantage of using INTEL8085 microprocessor whose versatility allows the same project to be converted to a more sophisticated system with finite yet with paramount flexibility.
