Design of an online digital workspace

Education and vocational training are areas that are constantly evolving and advancing. This is partly due to the combination of advanced technology with education. Today, thanks to the internet, we are able to receive training while the trainer is on the other side of the world. In many educational institutions, students do not have a digital space where they can communicate with their administration, consult their exam results, check their timetables or access documentation submitted by their teacher. With this in mind, we will focus our work on the design and development of a Digital Workspace (DWS) for the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion et d'Administration des Entreprises (E.S.G.A.E). The main goal of this digital space will be to allow the student to have access at any time to a set of information available to the institution, but also to a set of services that could allow him to continue his training.
