DESIGN OF A SYSTEM OF INDICATORS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SECTOR

This book proposes a system of integral indicators to evaluate the management and performance of the transportation sector in economic, social, environmental and integral matters, in order to guarantee stakeholders reliable information on the results of its performance in terms of sustainable development, which facilitates the entry into national and international markets based on the results of its management in an effective and efficient manner. An evaluation system is formulated for the transportation sector through the identification and processing of indicators applied to two typical companies, based on the data provided, which allowed analyzing the results of the indicators and proposing an information system of easy access and interpretation for decision making in a company of the transportation sector.
