DESIGN IMPROVEMENT SPINNING MACHINES

In the monograph the analysis of technology and constructive features of feeding and discretization on rotor spinning machines is considered. Efficient designs of feeding cylinder, stage and discretizing drum of the rotor spinning machine, providing an increase in uniformity of tape feeding and discretizing, obtaining a high-quality yarn, have been developed. Formulas for calculation of the parameters of fibrous tape motion on the surface of feeding table have been given. The task of fibrous tape compaction between the cylinder and the feeding stage has been solved by the analytical method. The monograph is intended for scientific workers, doctoral candidates, masters, designers and technologists, and also for students who are engaged in designing and calculation of machines and mechanisms of rotor-mechanical spinning machines.
