DESIGN, FABRICATION AND CHARACTERISATION OF THIN-FILM MATERIALS

Solar cell technology progress has been rapid over the recent decades, and high cell efficiency approaches like heterojunction (HJT) silicon wafer solar cells are leading the trend to achieve both the cell efficiency and cost effectiveness targets towards the PV technology roadmap. This book provides insights into the pros and cons of HJT silicon wafer solar cell technology, followed by detailed experimental and simulation studies to propose novel ways to address the limitations.
