Sensor network has become the most important technology in environmental monitoring and home or factory automation in recent years. Fire diverter and magnetic separator sensor used in the cotton mill. If the cotton come from the blow room section small iron particles in the cotton, it cause major fire accident.so we placed magnetic sensor in-between blow room & carding section. Suppose fire may occur, whole process should be stopped &fired cotton should be removed by fire diverter (it type of light sensor) fired cotton separately by water tank.
