Design analysis of multi angle drilling machine by using Solar Energy

Now a day, machines are widely controlled by embedded system. To meet the need of exploding population economic and effective control of machines is necessary. The drilling machine is one of the most important machine tools in a workshop. But most of the drilling machines are non portable. We have designed a portable drilling machine. The normal procedure to drill a work piece at various points is to move the work piece in various directions, but our project facilitates the tool cutter to be rotated easily so that the precision and accuracy can be maintained. The drilling operation is done by a DC motor (12V) and also operated by the solar energy. The job setting operation is not complicated as well as reduces the setting time for the operation. The drilled plate is analyzed the values maximum load acting, stress and strain.
