Decision Making Models and Kenya's Foreign Policy: 1964-2002

Kenyäs foreign policy has always been influenced by the different administrations in power. There has been interrelations between the leader of the administration and the policies that the state has in place to guide its relationship with other states in the international system. The book focuses on the decision making models and Kenyäs foreign policy with the central point being an empirical assessment of the Kenyatta and Moi administrations¿ foreign policy output. This book analyzes the nature of Kenyäs foreign policies that were implemented during President Kenyattäs and Moi administrations. The two administrations are examined on account of the foreign policy decision making processes that they employed to develop policies that sought to satisfy Kenyäs national interests. Furthermore, this book has also focused on foreign policy decision making models which were used to make a comparative analysis of the Kenyatta and the Moi administrations¿ foreign policy decision making process.
