Dark and light side of the fear in leadership

In this book, I try to explain that Fear in leadership refers to emotional Fears, which have more to do with defensiveness in the face of problems and adversity than seeing opportunities and solutions for the team. Fear in leadership is about change and becoming visible.In leadership, we are talking about creativity, risk, and frustration tolerance, so that the leader must be prepared to face challenges and not avoid them. The leader must look at the problem head-on and look for solutions and put into action our capabilities and not our Fears, with the help of our emotional and cognitive intelligence skills, of course. Human beings must make decisions by putting emotions and thoughts to the fore, even if they appear in the opposite direction.
