Damages of fast foods

The results of RAPD-PCR revealed that the highly samilirty between Endoxain (Posative control) and Hampurger and Lanchun demonstrated that the toxicity of this foods and its dangerous for public health.9- Investigation the genetoxic effect of acrylamide on mice chromosomes showed that examined foods are positive clastogens. showed that in five fast foods contains this toxic substance in different concentrations. 10- Results showed through good microscopic pictures and photographic pictures.11- It also recommended in this current study, these fast foods must be excluded from Egyptian foods. 12- Public health awareness of diets should be learned, discussed and conveyedcontinuously to people through Schools ,Universities and the Media.
