Curricular diversification of the Peruvian educational system

The purpose of this book is to conduct a study on "Curricular Diversification and its relationship with the Management Documents of the Peruvian Educational System of the Public Educational Institutions of the Secondary Level UGEL Nº 03 Breña Lima 2014". Peru is one of the most diverse countries in the world. This diversity is biological, environmental and socio-cultural. In terms of biological and environmental diversity, there are 32 identified types of climates, as well as an infinite number of wild varieties of plants and animal species. The same happens with the cultural diversity that is manifested in the language with a great variety of idiomatic and dialectal forms, as well as customs, traditions, religions, ethnicities, food, clothing, dances, music, folklore and other cultural elements; this reality is verifiable, just observe our closest environment in the community where we live, we will see that many of its inhabitants have interests, needs and particular and even different customs, despite belonging to the same country. This potential must be taken advantage of in our educational work.
