Current Topics in Tax Law

The present work is the result of the compilation of the Master's dissertations of four of my orientandas, now Masters. They are: Andreia Jesus, Joana Magalhães, Marta Moreira and Sofia Pereira, whose works appear in alphabetical order of the authors' names in this collective work. The works in question here were developed in the school year 2021/2022, based on the works carried out in the course unit I teach in the teaching part of the Master in Law for Solicitors of the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic of Porto, namely: Fiscality Applied to Property.It is hoped that this work will be useful to all those interested in these topics, whether academically or professionally.
