The world today is going through a critical period dominated by a great questioning about the fate, the future and the future of humanity. The paradigm of the global crisis of life on earth has always emerged from the men of science. Each one of us, in his responsibilities, notices it and asks himself, according to his field, where are we today, where do we come from, where are we going, and what must we do to find the ontological meaning of life, of well-being, of fulfillment, of man. These questions are not partial or of sectorial consideration. They are a fundamental concern at the heart of all research in the life sciences, in the exact sciences and in the human sciences, without distinction of their disciplinary ramifications and partitions. Humanity as a whole has understood this. The global crisis, with Covid 19, strikes the nations in spite of the significant advances of science, technologies and their corollaries on humanity. In our societies, today, the balance of the positive scientific achievements is not negligible but it appears, in front of this crisis, as a whole, ineffective.
