Cryogenic Engineering and Technology- Achievements and Prospects

In the present book ¿Cryogenic Vacuum Engineering and Technology - Achievements and Prospects¿ general data concerning the Universe, Cosmos, Time, Temperature, Vacuum, and Cryogenics are briefly and popularly narrated together with short biographies of outstanding researchers, whose names have been commemorated in these directions of science. The principles of action of cryogenic vacuum pumping devices ¿ condenser and sorption type pipes with liquid helium and nitrogen, as well as solid nitrogen, as a coolant are detailed.
