CRITICAL FACTORS INFLUENCING THE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

In this book we have tried to turn over the experience acquired working for public management, and thus contribute to the development of our country. Therefore, the objective is: to identify the elements of the critical factors that influence the management of the execution of public works: that is, budget, time and quality, which have the greatest impact on the development of a region, addressing a quantitative approach and a descriptive - explanatory level. The first part presents a study of the execution of public works in the region of Puno, Peru. In the second part, a detailed study is made to identify the critical factors that must be taken into account for the execution of any public work. Finally, the third part presents an explanatory model, through a qualitatively supported equation, to take into account, before and during the execution of public works, and thus predict the impact on the development of a region.
