Crisis Management in Aviation

Airlines have an essential existential need to work in a highly organized environment in order to accurately plan their activities to achieve their strategic goals in which the key place is occupied by the transport of passengers and goods, and that the achieved results of work provide high competitiveness on the market within which measures security of the overall business has a key position. In the event of high competition, the realization of ideas, events or business ventures was successful; the risk must be constantly analyzed and controlled from all aspects. The risk as a phenomenon exists as much as humanity. It is a complex, permanent, inevitable and uncertain phenomenon, which forms part of our life, in the field of aviation, it practically monitors every activity (like those on earth, the same ones in the air). Risks are contained in every activity of the company and especially come to light during the transport of passengers and goods. Proactive planning and response by airline companies allows managers to control, affect and resolve the crisis, while ignoring the possibility of a crisis coming on, on the other hand, leads to the crisis triggering its own inertia.
