This study will exercise all possible methods to draw out clear line between Justice and Injustice. Its main purpose is to expose main drawbacks in our investigative system and to note out particular Police reforms for conclusive results. It may mention way out to avoid manipulation of law by unsound and managed investigations in Criminal Offenses and such criminal trials of human importance. The topic will lead realistic means of Thana Culture and Court Kachary biased system. It will suggest the curriculum of direct investigations to be imposed in Pakistan. The true reason behind this research is to succumb various unidentified social and cultural norms, those are highly diverging the real thymes and applications of law. The study will be carried out to ascertain importance of behaviors, responses, and reactions of Investigation Officers towards Crime Scenes, First Investigation Reports (FIRs), Self-Observation of him and mental approaches to the offences of the proposed natures. The study work will be designed while, viewing the contemporary Worst law and orders situations, War on terrorism, Target Killings, etc.
