Creative behaviour in the evaluation of primary school teachers

This book is a valuable contribution to improve the quality of education by identifying specific indicators of creative behavior in teacher performance, allowing for a more accurate and contextualized evaluation of creative skills. It presents a multidimensional approach that considers not only pedagogical knowledge and teaching effectiveness, but also the ability of teachers to foster creativity in their students and develop innovative strategies in the classroom.The proposal of tools and procedures for the objective measurement of teacher creativity contributes to the construction of a more rigorous and reliable evaluation system, as well as the exploration of the relationship between teacher creativity and students' academic performance, allowing to obtain relevant results for the design of teacher training programs and educational policies aimed at stimulating creativity in the classroom.
