This book examines how and to what extent ethical sourcing of natural ingredients brings benefits, both financial and non-financial, to flavors and fragrances manufacturers as well as local producers.This paper first analyzes the benefits for local producers by exploring the impacts of the practice on financial, social, cultural, technical and environmental assets.
