In this regard, the importance of sustainable practices, its impact to the built environment and various sustainable practices explored in order to achieve cost effectiveness.This report represents a range of options related to material selection that can be adopted for construction projects. Moreover, focuses through the cost effect on the project, sustainable material selection and especially the life cycle impacts on the environment of some major materials used for building elements.
