Corporate Universities in General Electric and Intel Corporation

A corporate university essentially can be designed to focus organizational resources in strategically developing human capital and is clearly linked to the strategic objectives of organizations for enhancing competitive advantage. Not all big companies have a corporate university, but some of them are considered as great corporations because of having a special venue for a range of premier training and development programs like a corporate university.
