This principle is divided into sub-principles that can sometimes be divergent, but are hierarchically equal. It's not just a question of a conflict between norms of the same hierarchy, it's a question of how they are weighed up and reflected in society. This study addresses how economic crises are currently reflected in corporate restructurings, the most common operations in the market, the procedure for these restructurings, the economic defense rules that regulate these negotiations and how regulatory bodies analyze and judge these operations in times of crisis.
