Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is becoming one of the key research areas in the field of management and organizational science. Researchers as well as shareholders and other stakeholders have become increasingly interested in corporate governance issues world vide. This book is consisted of three parts. The first part contains an overview of the theoretical framework of corporate governance and good corporate governance practices around the world.The second part of the book is dedicated to the role and functions of the board of directors. The third part of the book is more practically oriented and contains a detailed overview of the role and functions of the board of directors in the Republic of Macedonia.
