During the last few decades corporate governance has become an area of more and more attention. Corporate scandals and the continuous development of financial markets have justified the need for increased focus on corporate governance. Nevertheless, corporate governance is still a developing field of research which has many uncovered areas. This book mainly focuses on how private limited companies use corporate governance recommendations and the reasons behind it.
