The book analyzes the current state of transport management in the development of offshore oil and gas fields on the continental shelf of the Arctic. The issues of modeling the movement of vessels on the lines of hydrocarbon transportation along various routes are considered. The results of calculations using the specification values of the ice penetration of tankers obtained on the basis of model tests are presented. Variants of swimming routes according to operational indicators and taking into account hydrometeorological conditions are presented. The analysis of the efficiency of the transport system is carried out taking into account the dynamics of transportation and well construction on the offshore fields of the Arctic continental shelf.
