Contours of Modern Management Research

This is a unique book of its kind that contains a bunch of research papers, policy papers, conceptual papers, case studies, and articles on different functionalities of management and its allied subjects. It has five sections, namely ¿ Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Socio-economic issues, and Inter-disciplinary issues. The selected papers are highly relevant in present-day management research and practice. These are contributed by a group of Academicians, Research Scholars and Industry Professionals of the thirty seven Universities, Institutes, B-schools and Industries covering almost all the part of India. Apart from Indian authors, two papers are contributed by foreign author. Each section of the book consists of seven relevant papers and thus the book contains thirty five papers in total. This book covers almost every segment of the modern management research and thus framing the contours of modern management research.
