Continuous Improvment Healthcare Quality

This document is the fruit of several years of study on the quality of care and the measurement of performance. I have collected papers that have appeared in many scientific journals, which are divided into practical studies especially the experience of Morocco in terms of quality of care, and theoretical studies especially those related to the performance of the quality of care and its measurement with different frameworks as well as the difficulties of choice and implementation. I hope this book answers a number of questions related to the quality of care and the measurement of the performance of health systems.Measuring the quality of care is still relevant after more than three decades of existence. The multitude of frameworks instead of being part of the solution becomes part of the complexity of the question. Despite the constraints, the quality of care is improving continuously, and the performance of health systems is very visible and continues to gain ground.
